Delete your account
This removes your ShelfScout account and everything saved to it. It cannot be undone once the 30-day grace period has passed.
What gets deleted
- Your shopping lists and everything on them
- Your selected stores
- Your price watches and their alert history
- Your sign-in — your email address and password
Supermarket prices and product data are not personal to you and stay in the catalogue. Nothing there identifies you.
How it works
Your account is scheduled for deletion and you are signed out everywhere. For 30 days nothing is gone yet — signing in again cancels the deletion and restores everything. After that, your data and your sign-in are permanently removed and we cannot get them back.
