Reporting a problem

To help us understand what happened, please include:

  • What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
  • Your device model and iOS, Android, or browser version.
  • The ShelfScout app version, if you know it.
  • A screenshot, if it helps explain the issue.

For an incorrect price or product, include the product name, store location, and when you noticed it. Please leave passwords and sign-in codes out of your message.

Account and privacy help

To remove your account, visit Delete your account. If you cannot sign in, email us from the address associated with your account for help.
